Tommi Hjelmdal Ahrenholt specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general business law and contract law.

Tommi has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and agreements related to Danish and international mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Tommi specializes in the regulation of commercial foundations and cooperatives, including voluntary chain collaborations.

Tommi Hjelmdal Ahrenholt is highly specialized in Danish and international contract law, mainly focused on turn-key contracts, joint venture agreements and distribution- and agency agreements. Tommi has many years of experience in advising and conducting arbitration proceedings in connection with the purchase and sale of large machinery and technical supplies and installations in a variety of sectors and industries such as the food and ingredients industry, processing and finishing of metal parts, construction of heavy machinery, industrial agriculture and the automotive industry.

During the fall of 2013, Tommi worked at the law firm Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt and was mainly involved in international contracts and acquisitions.
