Rasmus Munk Nielsen works primarily with intellectual property rights (i.e. legal issues pertaining to trade marks, design, patents, copyright, etc.)

Rasmus offers legal advice in connection with infringement and defense of intellectual property rights and in cases concerning contracts to commercialize intellectual property rights.

Rasmus also advises on general business law and has substantial experience with handling of complex litigation in business law matters. Rasmus often assists Danish companies with legal challenges abroad, and he advises foreign companies which operate or have activities in Denmark.

Furthermore, Rasmus advises numerous companies on IT law matters, especially in relation to drafting and negotiation of all types of IT-related contracts/agreements (e.g. software license agreements, IT consultancy agreements, escrow agreements etc.). 

In 2011 Rasmus Munk Nielsen studied at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and gained a Master of Laws degree (first class honours) with focus on international contract law and intellectual property rights. Rasmus was previously employed at Danish law firm Kromann Reumert (February 2005 – March 2013).
