Kim Nielsen is specialized in rent law – housing as well as commercial lease law – and advises private and public companies, property managers and investors within all aspects of housing and commercial lease law.

Some of the topics CLEMENS advises on are drafting of lease agreements, including (re)negotiation hereof; notice of rent increase and annual rent disputes as well as parties’ maintenance obligations. Moreover, Kim advises on vacation of property; notice of termination and termination of tenancies/leases, including eviction via the enforcement court as well as on change of tenant/lessee. 

Kim has extensive expertise with determination of rent in residential tenancies, including i.a. the rules on cost determined rent.

Kim gives lessons on rent law to property managers, lawyers, attorneys, etc.

In addition, Kim has conducted numerous court cases and conducts many cases before the rent tribunal, the city court (housing) and the Danish High Courts.
